A 'timed-out' message appears after the browser has tried for just over one
minute to access a slowly-opening web-site. This makes it impossible to access
such sites. (This does not happen with Netscape 4.79.)

I added a comment to this effect to Bug No. 72918, but now think this may be a
different bug.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 'Navigator'.
2. Enter the above web-site URL (or similar) into the location bar and click
'Return'.
3. Wait.

Actual Results:
After 1'07", a 'Timed out' message appeared.

Expected Results:
The browser should have continued trying to load the page. Or there should be a
way in 'Preferences' or elsewhere of setting the time after which the browser
times out.

Mac G3 (old beige tower), OS 9.2.2. Modern theme.
