189311 - HTML Sanitizer (Simple HTML) breaks Mailnews' own stylesheet

Reproduction:
1. Recieve a plaintext mail from aw broken client like Netscape's webmail, which
sends very long lines (one per paragraph)
2. View it in Mozilla - it looks fine, paragraphs break at window border
3. Reply to it using the HTML composer, sending HTML. Append a signature (by
using a mail account configured to use a signature).
4. View the mail in Mozilla Mailnews, once using Original HTML and once using
Simple HTML.

Actual result:
- The lines in the quote don't break
- The signature is not specially colored

Expected result:
- Quote looks just like it looked when you viewed it directly, only with
quotebar added.
- The signature is "dimmed" (grey text and night blue links)
