When I chose to delete a few calendars and clicked on the "Delete Calendar And
File" option, and restarted the browser, an undeletable ghost calendar was
created. I will attach a screenshot of the edit calendar dialog for a ghost
calendar. This is with the January 13th install, btw.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to a remote ics file.
2. Right-click on that calendar.
3. Select "Delete Calendar".
4. Click the button marked "Delete Calendar and File".
5. Restart the Browser.
I was only able to get the ghost image when I deleted just the remote calendar,
not the file and then re-added the same calendar w/o restarting the browser.
When I deleted the <blank> calenar (and file) and restarted, it was gone.
With Justin's steps, no reproduction.
With Christophers's steps, no reproduction.
