if i enter a secure website, mozilla types my name and my passwort out of the
passwortmanager, but my masterpasswort is not requested. But i said mozilla to
request it at every time it is needed.

Do you have your passwords encrypted (Look for "passwords" under "privacy and
security" in preferences)? If they are merely "obscured" the master password is
not required to retrieve them.
