Using trunk builds 20030119 on winxp, mac osx and linux if you have a list in
any of your address books it will show up in the Mailview Setup window when is
shouldn't and confuse the actual list (i.e. the list name will be displayed but
when you select it it is actually another address book).

1. Launch app and launch mail
2. Make sure you have a list in one of your address books.
3. Open the Mailview Setup window and select the Address book drop down list.
Result: You will see the List in the list of address books, when you select it,
it will actually be one of your address books.

in theory, one day we could support mailing lists.  but not right now.

let's spin that off to a RFE bug.
