Move chimera to 1.3.
Perhaps you didn't know but Moz 1.3 hasn't even been officialy announced! We
have yet to get the 1.3b version.

Feb 12 is the "official" day Mozilla 1.3 will be announced, normally. So it's a
bit strange to suggest Chimera to be updated to the 1.3 tree if it's not there yet.
I would just like to note that moving to a 1.3 (or perhaps even 1.2) branch of
Mozilla would clear up a number of rendering problems that exist in the CHIMERA
1.0-based branch, including:

* The "Watch This Item" action in eBay causes Chimera to freeze for ~3 seconds;
Mozilla does not have this problem.

* A fixed (e.g. nonscrolling) object in CSS will not render correctly in
Chimera, and will fail to delete the old image when the position "moves"
relative to the rest of the document. Mozilla 1.2 and beyond do not do this.

* Finally, Type Ahead Find would (finally) come to Chimera.

I know the "official" move to a 1.3 or 1.4 branch of Mozilla was scheduled for
Chimera 1.0, but I think that there would be significant benefits to be reaped
by moving to a newer branch of the Mozilla code.
Ben, if any of those problems are still around please file bugs for them.
