19104 - Content doesn't load in message pane

I'm seeing this with IMAP, but not with local folders; local folders load their
content in the message window just fine.

Just found out what the problem was.  I dismissed the 3-pane window by clicking
on the "X", and underneath it was a dialog saying "Please enter your password
for nsmail-2".

Modal dialogs aren't showing up on top.  I hear this has been fixed, rebroken
and fixed so far this morning (or something like that).

I was hoping mcafee or pavlov, who know who's working on this problem, would
change the assignment, since I don't know.  Okay, I'll pass it back to Chris and
he can reassign.

Actually, no, that wasn't the only problem.  Now I'm seeing it on local folders
too, where there is no password and there should be no dependency on a dialog;
there's a dummy pop server but I haven't asked to connect to the server, just to
read the local folders, which has always worked before.  Sending this back to
Seth.

not seeing this.  I'm going to go debug on akkana's machine to see what's going
on.

we've determined it something about akkana's prefs.

I'll look into it more later, but since her prefs were hand crafted, and its not
affecting new accounts or migrated accounts, it's low priority.

this is working for me, marking so unless akkana wants
to do some pref demangling.

I am marking verified for the original bug reported.  Linux build 11/24 displays
my IMAP messages fine in the message pane.
