191503 - RFE: Need UI for clearing the BUGLIST cookie

So I run a query, come up with a few dozen hits.  I find the one bug I'm after.

From then on, I just want to plug bug numbers into the footer area and go
directly to them.

But I can't seem to get the list out of memory.  After submitting a change, it
comes back with the next bug in the list.  All I want is a Bug Processed page
with an easy-to-get-to footer for my next bug number.

Wiping the BUGLIST cookie works, but it'd be easier for the user to be able to
wipe the cookie from bugzilla's UI.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run a query
2. Make a change to one bug and submit
3. Load another bug number from the Enter Bug Number in the footer
4. Make a change to that bug
Actual Results:  
The next page is Bug Processed, along with the next bug in the list.

Instead of this we now have the ability to specify that you don't want the next bug automatically displayed, as part of the General Preferences.
