A modal dialog appears with the title of:
Mozilla.exe - Entry Point Not Found

The message shows:
The proceedure entry point SECKEY_CopyPublicKey could not be located in the
dynamic link library nss3.dll.

Also can not manage passwords or certificates.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Yahoo and enter username and password. 
2. Press Signin Button

Have you installed in a clean directory ?

Jim, this sounds like something is confusing in your environment. It sounds like
a wrong version of a DLL is being loaded by Mozilla. Possibly you have a
directory in your path from a different version of Mozilla?
Please let us know whether it still doesn't work with a clean install to a
separate directory.
remove entire mozilla.org directory before installing a new build on top of it.
that should fix the problem
