When FizzillaMach/2003021203 is not the foreground application and a Mozilla
window is clicked, the mouse cursor does not update until it is moved. It should
update when the application is focused.

1. Open a Mozilla window to <http://www.mozilla.org/>
2. Switch to another application, such as the Finder
3. Click on the text, "Mozilla News", without moving the mouse

Expected results:
Mozilla application brought to foreground and mouse cursor changed to I-beam

Actual results:
Mozilla application brought to foreground, but mouse cursor remained pointer. If
mouse is moved, cursor then changes to I-beam.

Reproducibility:
Every time.
