User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.3b) Gecko/20030210

Pasting into an Hx element doens't just insert the text but instead splits the
element at the insertion point and puts a new element (of the same type) with
the pasted text between the now-split portions of the original element.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New composer window
2. Set style to Heading 1
3. Type "This is a test" + Enter
4. Set style (of second para) to Heading 1
5. Type "This is another test" + Enter
6. Double-click on "another" to select "another " [trailing space intentional]
7. Type Ctrl+X to cut.
8. Double-click on "a" (in para 1) to select "a "
9. Type Ctrl+V to paste.

Actual Results:
The doc had this structure:

This is

another

test

This is test

Expected Results:

This is another test

This is test

This doesn't seem to happen with Body, Paragraph, and Address styles, but it
does happen with other Hx styles.

highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
