If --enable-activex-scripting is passed to configure on non-win32 platforms, it
should be ignored (this allows one .mozconfig file to be used for multiple
platforms).

Nit: if you're going to bother reindenting that block (thereby screwing up cvs
blame), follow the conventions stated at the top of the file and indent 4
spaces.
