If I have once installed Calendar, it should leave some sort of script around to
be executed by the Installer when I update Mozilla ( Weekly or more often ).
Clearly, there would need to be some sort of versioning test -- or the Mozilla
"host" would need to support a suitable set of "hasFeature" responses so a
calendar install script could have a chance of detecting when Mozilla moves so
far ahead as to break the calendar.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install a new Mozilla
Actual Results:
I need to go back to the site and pull down the Calendar.xpi

Expected Results:
Mozilla-Installer should detect an "xxxx.xpi" on my machine and it - or the
first run of the new browser - should reinstall.
There is already a bug filled about installing XPIs somewhere other than in the
Mozilla program directory. I can't find that bug, but I know that its filed.
Have a search through bugzilla to find it.
