196158 - Folders with descriptions in bookmarks file aren't imported

Navigator 2003022108, Mac OS X 10.2.4 - When importing bookmarks with
description tags (<DD>) for the folders, Navigator is unable to import the
folders (all the bookmarks appear, but none of the folders).

1) Select a bookmark file to import that has descriptions for folders (you can
either add them in Mozilla, or by inserting '<DD>Here is some text.' on a
newline after the folder in the HTML file
2) In Navigator, choose Import Bookmarks and select the specified file

The bookmarks will be imported, minus any folders that contained descriptions,
and they will be incorrectly placed in an 'Internet Explorer Favorites' folder
(even though the bookmarks were from Netscape/Mozilla).

Navigator should properly import bookmarks files that contain folders with
descriptions and remove said descriptions without destroying the folder (at
least until importing of keywords and descriptions is supported). Also, the
imported bookmarks should correctly appear in a 'Netscape/Mozilla Bookmarks'
folder (like they would if there were no folder descriptions), rather than an
'Internet Explorer Favorites' folder.
