Ctrl+Shift+T is not supposed to do anything in Mozilla. Hmmm.. what happens if you press Ctrl+Shift+T when Mozilla isn't running? I suspect that it's trying to launch an application on your system called ASD_TP02.exe, and that this has nothing to do with Mozilla. You should do a file search on your system to see where ASD_TP02.exe is. It's not a Mozilla file. Perhaps you have a shortcut pointing to it from your desktop, start menu or somewhere else. If you click on properties you might see "shortcut key" ... Ctrl+Shift+T.
Summary: crash if I press the keyboard combination ctrl-shift-t to open URL box → crash if I press the keyboard combination ctrl-shift-t

Bug shown to be intrinsic to bug reporter's system, not to Mozilla.
