Details

With WSDL coming to Mozilla, we should get a Web Services component. Harish
would be the owner. Who would be qa? ashish?
SOAP has been enabled for months, and WSDL support was enabled just in time for
1.4alpha. We currently have at least 16 bugs open (I searched only for bugs with
WSDL or SOAP in summary) and are likely to get a lot more in the near future.
Please create this component as soon as possible.

Minor problem: in the description text there is part of a sample bug description
missing ("<message>"); you need to escape the starting "<".
vrfy component created and qa/assignee, but the description has an invalid html tag

<td colspan="2">For problems in using <strong>SOAP</strong> and
<strong>WSDL</strong> to call Web Services from
scripts in Mozilla. Examples: WSDL crashes if no <message> defined; WSDL Proxy
callback doesn't allow access to the SOAP Response; Need better facilities to
debug SOAP calls.

<message> is treated as an html tag. you should probably use &lt;/&gt; :-)

Only &lt; is strictly necessary, excepting perhaps some *very* old UAs...which
you're probably using, timeless. ;-)
