By reconfiguring Mozilla to start showing the mail/news window rather than the
browser window, Mozilla will inform you on about every second start that the
"mail pass ... is busy". At other times it will ask if you want to log on as a
different user because Mozilla is busy. But Mozilla cannont be busy on start up
so I am assuming that something is retained from a previous session to indicate
to mozilla that it is busy when it cannot be. Also, I suspect that some mail is
being lost. My reason for saying this is that while Mozilla has displayed the
window informing you that it is busy, kinternet is downloading. But what is
there to download? Besides, some of my friends have informed me that I do not
appear to receiving some of the emails that they have sent. Note: there is no
problem when Mozilla is started with a navigator window. Note2: no mail is lost
if the computer is left open all day; the problem only occurs on startup into mail. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure mozilla to start with mail / news window rather than navigator
2. the next time you boot at the start of the day, observe what happens.

Actual Results:  
As described. Note: it does not result from double-clicking on starting mozilla,
which is what I expected that I might be doing. On a single click on the mozilla
icon to start mozilla, the mail window opens with a dialogue box informing you
that it is either busy or asking if you want to log on as a different user,
presumably because the session user is already using a mozilla mail process. 

Expected Results:  
Simply downloaded the mail to be downloaded without informing that it was busy. 

I am marking this bug crritical because it may be losing data. Also, it prevents
using a nice mozilla feature, starting with mail. Note: the problem is a Linux
exclusive; it does not appear to happen on a Windows computer that is also using
Mozilla.
