Reproducible: Always

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/
2. Type in either the word "patch" or "review" into the box labeled "Enter a bug
# or some search terms:"
3. Click the Show button

Expected Results: A bug list appears.
Actual Results: The Unknown Keyword error page appears.
localconfig.js needs updating

The same error occurs with "ui" also.
