On trying to install the current nightly build (today is 2nd April 2003) on
Win2k, the installer crashes after checking archives.  Error message is:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005)"

Have re-installed 1.4alpha - this works fine.  No problems with the nightly on
Linux.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run installer
2. Crash!


Actual Results:  
Install crashes

Expected Results:  
Install Mozilla
todays nightly build is bad
the files are corrupt!
