Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.setup mozilla mail to use correct mail settings 2.remove outlook or outlook express accounts 3.restart computer 4.try to send mail Actual Results: mozilla mail cannot connect to smtp server Expected Results: allow mozilla mail to connect with out having outlook or outlook express setup

using 20031003 I wasn't able to reproduce please try a more recent build if the bug is still there please reopen this bug
