Using build 1999112409m12 on win98 and linux and 1999112308 on Mac,  Save as
.txt format not working.  This is part of another bug that was fixed (10801) and
will be verified.

1. Launch messenger
2. Select a message in on of your folders
3. From the File menu list select Save As|File
4. When you get the Save as dialog, select .txt as the format and click OK

Result: messagge is not saved in the location you selected.
Expected: the message to be saved in the location you selected as a .txt file

rhp has fixed this bug.
Using build 2000-03-28-09M15 on win98 and 2000-03-28-08M15 on linux and 
2000-03-28-09M15 the Save As dialog doesn't come up so I can't test this yet.  
I'll look for a bug for the Save As dialog problem.   
Bug 33745 was logged for missing Save As dialog which is preventing me from 
verifying this bug.

Using M15 builds on win linux and mac this is fixed.  Verified
