mozilla 1.4a crashes if i want to scroll right using the arrow key.
it only happens with activated smoothscrolling, therefore i am not able to test
it in mozilla 1.3.
i also reproduced this bug in the mail-client.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set general.smoothScroll true in prefs.js and start mozilla
2. go to http://www.oekista.at or another page with a horizontally scrollbar
3. click anywhere in the page to activate it
4. press the right arrow key

Actual Results:
mozilla crashes

Expected Results:
the page should scroll right
