Web server can serve partial content (HTTP 206 Response code) if the browser
claims it can support it.
But after the first request/response, nothing happens and the flash player
plug-in (?) doesn't issue any further request ? and the flash animation stalls
and will not progress any more (even with shift reload, etc...)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install flash player last version (6,0,79,0)
2. go to http://www.rolexmentorprotege.com/wilson/index.html

Actual Results:
You will see a few of the start of the animation, and it stalls as is, without
ever going further
No other requests are sent to the server

Expected Results:
- You should see a red carret move until the right of the screen (see screen shot)
- Additional http requests should be sent to get the rest of the content

Interaction between the plug-in and the networking component ?
Clearing the browser cache doesn't change anything: it looks like the flash
plug-in is managing its cache, where ? does it go through the proxy
configuration (no trace in proxy)
Still true with windows build 2003050211
The red square should cross the screen from left to right indicating loading in
progress
wfm with 2003052508 win XP
to be checked on win 2000 !
please test with recent builds 'cause of a recent regression with ODA size and
plugin streams
Hi
Works for me on Win 2000 with 20030527(08) (there no more recent build actually,
and the previous one was 3 days old :-)
Great !
