When images are blocked (i.e. Do not load any images) it would be nice to be
able to view specific images manually (i.e MS IE "Show Picture").  This missing
feature is the only reason that I use MS IE very often.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Block all images
2. Try to view a specific image

Actual Results:  
All images were still blocked and nothing was found to show an image

Expected Results:  
Provide an easy option to show a specific image
