201440 - CZ tabs not behaviorally consistent with browser tabs

1-Right click on a browser tab opens context menu offering an option to close
the tab. Right click a CZ tab does nothing.

2-Right click the viewport of browser and context menu offers no option to close
the tab. Right click a CZ talkport offers option to leave channel.

Something should be done to reconcile the inconsistency. I suggest at the least
the creation of a context menu for CZ tabs to offer an option to leave a channel
and close the view for that channel.

I can't find any evidence in the browser that I submitted this. This is a dupe
of bug 116013.
