We need to call nsRangeList::DestroyGlobalSelectionListeners from some
layout-shutdown place, when such a place exists.

I'm never going to check in the code with sGlobalSelectionListeners, and the new
equivalent is lifecycle-locked to the global selection service, so this was
never a bug.
