The current date is something like "15 avril 103". getYear() is deprecated and
is replaced by getFullYear().

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://www.3frontieres.be
2. See the welcome message

Actual Results:  
"Bonjour et bienvenue, nous sommes le 15 Avril 103" is displayed.

Expected Results:  
"Bonjour et bienvenue, nous sommes le 15 Avril 2003" must be displayed.

I have sent the site creator an e-mail, indicating the problem (and a solution).
It seems the site has been updated today, and the code has been removed. This
bug can be closed.
