I enter my user name and passward the same as in IE but the sight states that I
used an invalid username/password.  I use IE and it will login to the sight just
fine.  (ps if you could somehow wright in support for Autodesk's I-Drop I would
really like it.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open browser
2. in adress bar type "www.mail.com"
3. at mail.com type username and passward
4. recieve message stating "Invalid username/password."

Actual Results:  
? installed Mozilla and liked it better than IE so started using it as my
default web browser.

Expected Results:  
I don't know the nature of the problem if it is a java error or a script error
or what, it would just be nice to not have to rely on IE

on major problem, I don't have any themes installed, just the base browser, I'm
at work with a AMD processor running win2k I have a routed dsl link to the
internet, maybe that is doing it.  It is a bit annoying to have to always have
to swich browsers, but if all else fails I will.

Right after I click Login, I do assert:

But I hit this often, don't think it is related. No problems logging in.

Reporter, unable to verify with 1.5rc2 as well as Firebird 0.7 release candidate
on Windows 2000 (with all updates applied)

Original submitter of the bug, with the latest update of mozilla i longer have
any problems logging onto any of the free e-mail sites i use.
