Gecko developer release doesn't seem to comprehend the "pre" HTML element, which
as an web designer, I find Very important that gets fixed. I don't know how to
do it myself though, so I ask someone else do it. I know nothing about
programming beyond some Javascript. Thank you

      Sincerely,
             Devon

Checked using 2.3.99 Win32/Linux builds and 2.2.99 Mac OS build, and the PRE tag
works fine on all builds.

Since the URL Devon provided is no longer up (nor did it contain a pointer to a
valid page with the specific HTML that was choking), I'll drop a note ask him to
re-open this bug if the text within the <PRE> tag isn't rendering correctly on
his particular page.
<Devon kindly responded to say that it's resolved to his satisfaction.>
