20325 - Open Web Location dialog redraw oddity

Open the "Open Web Location..." dialog.
select the "Open in new window" checkbox
.

click elsewhere in the dialog to get rid of the "dashed line" around
the checkbox.

now rollover the checked checkbox.

the border will boldify, and the "Open in new window" text, and the "Ok"
and "Cancel" buttons move to the right and down, respectively.

 that's not really normal behavior for dialog boxes, eh.

i came across this while checking out bug 14851, it may be related..

grman, I have no idea where this one should go. Can you take a look and see
whether it should belong to trudelle or whoeveris implementing the file/open
dialog.

focus is not currently correctly implemented. hangas and a bunch of others are
doing work to make widgets suck less and comply more with our UI spec. Moving to
m14.

Using Build ID: 1999121612 on WinNT4 sp5, this behavior is no longer present.

(Solaris 2.6, WinNT4 sp5, or Linux)
