Details

If I start viewer with the current directory anything other than the directory
where viewer is (i.e., type c:\mozilla\98-12-21\viewer), the cache files get
put in the directory where I started viewer.
Status: NEW → RESOLVED

The cache directory is only temporary. It will change to a preference based
directory later on. This is waiting on general preferences to be up and running.
So deferring this till then.
Changing all Networking Library/Browser bugs to Networking-Core component for
Browser.

Occasionally, Bugzilla will burp and cause Verified bugs to reopen when I do
this in a bulk change.  If this happens, I will fix. ;-)
