In Windows XP, Open/Save common dialog boxes have a Custom Places bar on the
left. I set my system icon size to 48x48 (default is 32x32) and all the icons
on my system have been resized, including the icons used in the Custom Places
bar. All the other programs that use the Open/Save common dialog box have the
dialog box automatically resize so that these icons fit. Mozilla allows me to
manually resize the dialog box, but it doesn't automatically resize it to
accomodate the larger icons. The other applications that I tried do not let the
user manually resize the dialog box.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Display Properties -> Appearance -> Effects
2. Check the Use Large Icons checkbox
2. Open Mozilla
3. Go to File -> Open File
4. Notice that the Custom Places bar on the left is cut off because the icons
are too big.

Expected Results:
Resized the dialog box to allow the icons to fit. Most other programs don't
allow the user to resize the dialog box manually, but Mozilla does.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
