Linux.

Cannot submit bugzilla changes.
Page scrolls when you click commit, then no submit ever happens.
Workaround is to ? press space bar, then it submits!  Go figure.
This does not happen with non-gfx scrollbars enabled.

Bugzilla bug#20704 contains the test results - it's a form submission "testing
grounds bug" I've set up for any form submission tests concerning mozilla...
