Description

Steps:
1) Download seamonkey32e.exe from 11/30/99 build directory
2) Double click on local seamonkey32e.exe
3) Downloads all xpi files successfully
4) Unzipping files and placing them on local machine

Actual Results:  Error as follows:
Ok Error Dialog:
     "5: Error occurred during installation"
File Unzip Dialog:
     File count: 39
     Filename: RunOnce(ren8dot3)
     Title: Installing Netscape Personal Security Manager

Expected Results: No errors and Mozilla launches

Build Date/Platform: Win95  1999-11-30-12-M12/
