After typing in the ID and password, clicking "Login" sends me back to the log in
page.

This works a few days ago before I downloaded the new nightly builds.  I can log
in using Mozilla 1.3.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to the page
2. type in ID and password
3. click "Login"

Actual Results:  
The log in page appears again after a brief flash (like reloading).

Expected Results:  
I should have been logged in.
It used to work as late as 20030428.
It seems to work again on 2003050622.
