Mozilla 1.4beta browser window will not show while Fortres Grand 101 (version 
4.1, build 512) is enabled in Windows XP. Only the orange colored splash screen 
is displayed and the "mozilla.exe" process runs indefinitely. Windows task 
manager is needed to end the process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. bootup Windows XP
2. install Fortres Grand 101,version 4.1, build 512
2. run (double-click) Mozilla

Actual Results:  
Only an orange "Mozilla" splash screen is displayed indefinitely and the 
"mozilla.exe" process is listed in Windows XP task manager indefinitely. No 
application or browser window is displayed.

It's a tool to lock down windows desktops. I wonder if this is an
incompatibility or if it's intentionally locking part of Mozilla down.
