Details

This isn't new -- I've seen it ever since XP Menus appeared, and I've been
assuming that someone must have filed it, but Pavlov says no.

Anyway, comboboxes show through menus.  For example, bring up the editor window,
bring down the Insert menu, and notice that you can still see "Variable Width"
in between "Image" and "Horizontal Line".  The menu should cover what's under
it, but it doesn't.

this musta been the same as bug 16018 VERIFIED Fixed with 2000011808 builds
