Check out the testcase, its a green box with an onmouseout event. The event is
triggered when moving the cursor above the contextmenu.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. See testcase

Actual Results:  
onmouseout event is triggered when moving the pointer above the contextemenu
(but leaving the green box).

Expected Results:  
When contextmenu appears, and pointer is above it, the onmouseout event should
no be triggered when moving the mouse above the menu.
