There should be functionality to send an e-mail message at a SPECIFIC date and
time in the future automatically.  e.g.  Need to send an e-mail to the boss that
you composed at 3am in the morning but don't want him/her to get it until 9am. 
OR need to send someone a reminder for an appointment, etc...

PS.  I can't tell you how many times I have wished that I could do this...
