chapter3.net loads then quickly reloads /wrongbrowser.net

This happens in firebird and i guess will happen in Moz too.

I didnt know what component to put this in.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Verified 20030516 PC/WinXP.
Their browser detect http://www.chapter3.net/js/checkbrowser.js is looking for
'Netscape' in the UA string, so they may be trying to redirect NN4 and rerouting
Mozilla inadvertently....
