Heya Folks,

There's no option to have passwords in ChatZilla stored with the passwordmanager.

Mazzel,

Martijn.

Could you please clarify what kind of passwords you mean?
Out of the top of my head, I can think of the following:

1. Passwords to be able to connect to an IRC server
2. Passwords for /oper, to claim server operator status.
3. Passwords for nickserv, to identify yourself as the owner of a nickname
4. Channel keys, to gain access to channels which have mode +k set.
I think most users wants the 3rd point (something that mIRC can handle).

The 1st point I never saw. And 2 and point 4 would something that also can be
saved. But maybe we need a cleaned up password manager.

I see the im://prpl-rc passwords are now stored in the password manager.
If this bug was about passwords for nickserv, it should probably be resolved fixed or worksforme?
I don't know what im://prpl-rc is but I don't see it having any connection to ChatZilla, what this bug is about.
