When i go to a webpage, nommater what page, i cannot download anything.  Either
it aqsk me where i want to save the file, then it doesnt download he file, or it
doesnt do anything at all.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to a website (for example download.com)
2.Try ro download something
3.

Actual Results:  
I cant download anything.

Expected Results:  
Let me download the file.
