Because of a typo in EdInputImage.js Form/Image doesn't convert an although Form/Field does.

So what is the best way to verify this ? Open a test case in Composer that contains a form with a nested <input=image> element and/or a form element containing a element ?

To test this, simply edit any page containing a normal image, highlight the image, then click Insert/Form/Image [or currently Debug/Form/Image] and the image data should be prefilled into the dialog as it is for Insert/Image.
