Version 1.3 opens links clicked in outlook 2000 html format e-mails in the
current browser window and tab. 

Version 1.4 Release Candidate 1 and mozilla-win32-talkback.zip dated 4 june,
2003 always opens a new window for the clicked link.

This happens on every link I have tried in e-mails from various senders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. click link in outlook 2000 html formatted e-mail

Actual Results:  
a new browser window opens with the requested page

Expected Results:  
the page should load in the last selected browser window and tab

Works the desired way in 1.3
upgrading from JRE 1.3.0_01 to  JRE 1.4.1 made the bug go away.
