REOPENING because now it's not in the commercial builds. I don't know if there was an
informed decision to do that or not so 'till I hear/see as much, this is reopened

File another bug for the commercial builds, then -- it's not the same issue, and
this bug is certainly fixed.

It was a bug that "My Netscape" ever appeared in the Mozilla UI, so someone
needs to go any figure out how to get it into the commercial UI without messing
Mozilla up.
