Normally in IE once you insert the pager number and hit next you go to a box so
you can input your text message. With Moilla I just get a blank page.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to www.arch.com
2. Click on the send page button. 
3. Once I enter my pager number and hit next I should receive a block for
entering the message. I get a blank screen.

Actual Results:  
I do not get the window for entering my text message, only a blank screen.

Expected Results:  
You should be able to go to the page, hit send page, enter the pager number. The
next screen should come up with a block for entering your message.
