Searched for "What's Related" in the Help screen and nothing came up.  Ended up
searching for "Related", which produced the result "whats related", but upon
clicking on that, it sends me to a part of the help file which talks about Smart
Browsing, but absolutely nothing about What's Related nor any mention of it in
the sidebar is mentioned.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to help
2. search for "what's related", "no matching items found" will display
3. search for "what's", "no matching items found" will display
4. search for "related", "whats related" will display.  Click on the "whats
related" result and it'll send you to the Smart Browsing section of the
helpfile, which contains nothing about the What's Related function.  The sidecar
section of the manual also fails to discuss this.
Actual Results:  
search produced no results... modifications of search produced a hit, but linked
to an area with no info on that link

Expected Results:  
Would have expected something along Mozilla.org's/Netscape.com's webpage about
What's Related and some mention in the sidebar section that this tab exists.

This is a minor thing for experienced Netscape users, but new users would be
clueless and some of the computer illiterate/computer-stupid people wouldn't
think to do a Google search for information on this feature.

I think Help keywords can only contain alpha-numerals (bug #?)

Help's what's related content was removed. I think it's some legal issue behind 
it but not sure. I only heard about it.

reopen. there's still an entry of "whats related" in the search db that needs to
be removed.

Oh my! I think I WONTFIX'ed the wrong bug! Now I have to figure out which one I
wanted to WONTFIX!
