Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.4b) Gecko/20030507

when opening the brower, or attempting to open or customize the sidebar, I get
an alert message that reads "The file /content/SideBarPanel.xul cannot be
found. Please check the location and try again." Then I can hit OK and that is
it. The message almost always comes up twice in a row.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Opening the browser.
2.Closing and Reopening the Sidebar.
3.

Actual Results:
Alert message appears. See above for details.

Expected Results:
Just opened the sidebar panel?

I use AOL to connect to the web, if that is a problem. I usually just connect
with AOL and then launch whichever browser I want to use. I had Netscape 7.0.2
on this machine and the sidebar worked just fine. I did unstall Netscape and
uninstall/reinstall Mozilla in a simple attempt at troubleshooting. I'm just a
user trying to help if I can, so don't be to upset if this is a waste of your
time, just trying to contribute.
If I remove Buddy List from Sidebar, problem goes away.
