Details

To block a pop-up, you right-click on the content area of the pop-up and then
choose Block. However, when a pop-up's window content area contains only Flash,
right-clicking only gets you the Flash context menu.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to
http://edition.cnn.com/2003/TECH/ptech/06/05/popsci.supercomputing/index.html
2. Right click on the pop-up.

Expected results:
Option to block it.

Actual results:
Flash context menu, no option to block it.

Additional information:
To see the pop-up again on that site, you have to clear your cookies.

More info: if a pop-up is filled with an image, you still have the option of
rejecting the pop-up after right-clicking the image. You have no such option for
Flash.
