If you post a message or a reply to a message on the NI message board, you can
lock up Mozilla if you keep typing until you reach the end of a text box. i.e.
you reach the end of the last line that fits in the box, at which point, what
should happen is 1) vertical scroll bar pops up 2) window scrolls up one line 3)
cursor pops to start of new line.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start a new message or reply to existing message.
2. Type in the 'message body' box until text box is full.
3. Keep typing past the end of the last visible line in the text box.


Actual Results:  
Mozilla (all windows) is locked up.

Expected Results:  
Vertical scroll appears, normal wrap at end of line behavior.
